Does Lodmell & Lodmell have a W-9?

A W-9 is a verification of a businesses Employer Identification Number (EIN).  Clients and vendors may ask for your W-9 during tax time so that they can send your business a Form 1099 for fees paid.  This is normal and sharing your W-9 is something you can feel free to do.
